Our shipping policy is a standard 7-14 business days for processing and shipment. However, most of our customers receive their items before this time frame. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking info. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/cancellations, we allow exchanges/returns. Hats, journals, & books are final sale. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange request. VerilyU.com reserves the right to refuse any returns/exchanges at any time. Items must be unworn, in bag, and in it's original state. Shipping fees must be paid for the reshipment of your new item. VerilyU has the right to refuse any items that we feel are unsaleable.
Orders are shipped from different locations. Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
If you placed an order with pre-order items you may receive the items that are in stock before the item that was pre-ordered. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or believe we did not complete your order.

Our Customer Service team is available M-T 10am - 4pm pst. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.
We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks.
Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team email@example.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 48 hours of your purchase.
Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with further questions.
Please contact our Customer Service Team email@example.com to request replacement for damaged products or report other issues with your order. We will review all issues that are submitted within 12 days of delivery of the package. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review. Customers must provide photos of any product/order issues along with their Packing slip (please ensure stamped initials are visible). Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacement/exchange/refund of any kind.
